Mark Bianchi

Mark Bianchi has spent more than 30 years building businesses, and the people who have worked with him tend to say the same thing: he does what he says he will do.

Track Record

Built on relationships, not shortcuts.

His track record in capital raising speaks for itself. Over the past eight years, Mark has raised more than $615 million in capital, helping emerging companies bring new technology and services to the forefront of their industries. In his first year, he raised $15 million. The next year he doubled it to $30 million. Then came $40 million, another $40 million, and $65 million. In 2023 he crossed $125 million. In 2024 he raised $100 million, and in 2025 he reached $200 million. Every dollar of it was built on relationships, not shortcuts.

Clients Come First

Ahead of the deal, the fee, and himself.

Ask anyone who has done business with Mark and you will hear it. He puts his clients ahead of the deal, ahead of the fee, and ahead of himself.

He also lives by one rule he has never broken. Mark puts his own capital in first. He will not ask a client, a partner, or an advisor to invest in anything he has not already invested in himself. When he brings an opportunity to the table, his own money is already there.

That is why CPAs, attorneys, financial advisors, and family offices keep coming back to him year after year. They know he does the homework, he tells them the truth, and he stands behind what he brings them.

He Leads From the Front

When adversity hits, Mark steps forward.

Every business faces hard moments. What sets a leader apart is what he does when they come. When adversity hits, Mark steps forward. He doesn’t hide, he doesn’t make excuses, and he doesn’t leave his clients to figure it out alone. He picks up the phone, gets in the room, and works the problem until it is solved.

That is the kind of person you want on your side when it matters most, and it is a big reason people trust him with what matters to them.

Where It Started

From post production to industry leader.

Mark got his start in the entertainment industry and rose to Director of Operations at Modern VideoFilm, one of the top post production companies serving television and film. He went on to serve as VP of Operations at Varitel Video and as VP and General Manager at Steadi Systems.

Then he built his own company, and he built it big. Mark founded LA Digital Post and by 2000 had grown it into the largest nonlinear equipment rental company in the world, before selling it to private equity.

He did it again with Captive Media. Under his leadership, Captive Media grew to the largest installation base in its industry, with screens in more than 4,500 health clubs. In 2008, Mark sold that company to private equity as well.

At Archion Technologies, he played a key role in securing a patent that allowed their systems to work with AVID platforms, bringing the first RAID technology of its kind to the industry.

Two companies built to the top of their industries. Two sales to private equity. A patent that changed how the industry worked. Mark doesn’t just take part in a market. He leads it.

Honored for His Leadership

The FLEOA Patriot Award.

Over the course of his career, Mark has been recognized across multiple industries for his leadership. His most recent honor means the most to him. In 2026, the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA) presented Mark with its Patriot Award in recognition of his dedication and contributions to the organization throughout 2025. It reflects the same values Mark brings to everything he does: integrity, loyalty, and standing up for the people around him.

Today

Chief Executive Officer, Parkhill Capital Group.

Mark serves as Chief Executive Officer of Parkhill Capital Group. Through his holdings, he has interests in real estate, software, artificial intelligence, medical, and a range of other industries. He brings more than 30 years of business experience, including capital raises, private offerings, due diligence, and corporate exits, and he works closely with CPAs, attorneys, financial advisors, family offices, broker dealers, and RIAs across the country.

He invests his own money the same way he advises others, with a portfolio that includes early stage technology companies and real estate. He also gives his time to mentoring young entrepreneurs and supporting financial literacy, because he remembers what one good opportunity can do for someone.

Faith and Family

At the center of his life.

Mark and his wife, Robin, live in Tennessee, and Mark attends Long Hollow Church. Together they have seven children and eight grandchildren. Faith and family are at the center of his life, and they shape how he treats every person he does business with.

Why People Work With Mark

Clients first. His money first. First through the door.

More than $615 million raised in eight years. The largest company of its kind in the world by 2000. More than 4,500 health clubs. Two sales to private equity. The FLEOA Patriot Award. And through all of it, the same commitments: clients come first, Mark’s money goes in first, and when things get hard, Mark is the first one through the door.

That is the Mark Bianchi the people who have worked with him have trusted for years. Once you meet him, you will understand why.

My Standard

Four commitments that don’t change, deal to deal.

My capital goes in first. I don’t ask anyone to take risk I haven’t already taken myself.

You get me, not intermediaries. Direct access, direct answers, every time.

Bad news travels fast. If something’s off, you hear it from me before you hear it anywhere else.

No deal outweighs the relationship. I’ve walked away from seven-figure opportunities when the compliance picture didn’t hold up, and I’ve ended relationships with people willing to cut corners.
